We have reserved a small block of rooms at The Commons Hotel, with which many of you are familiar from past visits (previously the Radisson University Hotel and the University Hotel - Minneapolis). They prefer that you contact them directly by calling 612.379.8888, or toll-free at 1.800.822.6757. Tell them you are with the NOvA group through University of Minnesota Physics.

Please note that as the hotel has limited availability during the dates of the meeting, the available rooms as of this writing are all rooms with two double beds. If that doesn't suit you, ask them if they have something else for you.

This small block of rooms is available only until June 20, 2014 or until it is sold out, whichever is earlier, so if you plan to stay at the hotel, we suggest that you book ASAP!

Other hotels with rates that tend to be reasonable and that are close to the University may have availability. You may check with them directly.
